Sponsored by the Aluminum Association of China, co-organized by Bichamp, the 3rd China High-precision Aluminum Deep Processing Forum was successfully held at the Chongqing International Expo Center.

Bichamp has made great efforts in product development and application technology of aluminum sawing. According to the different needs of customers, it has launched three series of products for the sawing of aluminum under different conditions.

The TCB-PRO-AL carbide product series are designed for high-speed and high-efficiency sawing in large aluminum ingots and engine cylinder heads. This series is mainly based on four width specifications of 34mm, 41mm, 54mm and 80mm. The cutting efficiency of this product can reach more than 1000cm2/min. With the advantages in long life, teeth wear resistance, high efficiency, and good chip removal, its sawing cost per square is only about half that of bimetal band saw blade, under the continuous production application form.

The TCBMP multipurpose series is used for aluminum sawing in the form of manual feed. This series is mainly based on 27mm width specification.

The size 41mm 1.0/1.5TPI in TANCUT bimetal series is also suitable for high-speed aluminum sawing. The cutting efficiency of this product can reach approximately 400cm2/min. This product has very good back fatigue performance, which can adapt to high-speed sawing in normal production efficiency condition.
